Administrative Team
Diane
I assist our patients by making appointments, explaining financial details, and arranging payments. I want to make sure each patient’s visit with us is a great experience that will leave them looking forward to coming back. Our doctors have a great commitment to our community, to our patients, and to the rest of our staff which has made the past six years working here a joy. In my free time I enjoy spending time with my husband and son, going on weekend retreats to my parents’ farm, and walking my dog, Hobey.
Terrie
I work at our front desk helping patients with their scheduling and financial arrangements, dealing with insurance companies, and greeting our great patients when they come in the door. I have enjoyed working at Souris Valley Dental Group since 1983 and truly appreciate everything I have learned from our doctors, the rest of our team, and our patients. I have two children, Amanda and Travis, and two cats, Parker and Tucker. When I have free time I enjoy spending time outside, whether I’m fishing, hunting, hiking, swimming, or playing golf.
Margaret
I began working for Dr. Keup in 1968 as a dental assistant and recall coordinator, so I can be found getting patients ready for their procedures, reviewing charts, and reminding patients of their appointments. Over the years I have made some really great friends, both with my team members and with our patients. I have learned something new every day thanks to the expertise and education of our doctors. I enjoy watching sports as well as my granddaughter’s activities. I have been a hospice care giver for many years and am involved in many church activities. Reading and spending time with family and friends are among my favorite activities.
Cheryl
I set up all our patients’ appointments and financial arrangements for their dental care. With over 35 years of experience in the dental field and working in this office since 1995, I am able to assist our patients with all of their account questions. Our doctors are kind, generous, and hard-working individuals who truly care about their patients and their team. My husband, Tim, and I have two grown children, Wade and Jenna. When I’m not spending time with my family I enjoy playing golf, rollerblading, and gardening.
Sandy
I work in our business office and am responsible for our patients’ accounts and organizing the books. Our office has a great family atmosphere and we all work together as a team, with three wonderful doctors leading the way. My husband, Craig, and I have one daughter, Kim, who lives in Minot with her husband and two daughters, and a son, Ryan, who lives in Colorado with his wife. I spend as much time as possible with my granddaughters and also enjoy shopping and knitting.
Hygiene Team
Taya
As a registered dental hygienist, I see patients for routine dental cleanings and provide gum therapy. The best part of my job is the relationships that I have developed with my patients. Getting to know everyone’s families and seeing them regularly is very rewarding. We have a very diverse group of doctors at all stages of practice. The years of experience and knowledge they share make this a wonderful, well-rounded practice. All of our patients are treated as friends so it is a very comfortable environment to be in. My primary hobby right now is serving as professional chauffeur for my two children who are involved in hockey, figure skating, baseball, basketball, volleyball, and football. When I am not driving around in my car, I enjoy scrap-booking all our crazy life events, reading, and running. Our family also enjoys spending the summer at the lake, camping, and boating.
Cheryl L.
I provide our patients with comprehensive preventive dental care in a gentle and caring manner. I love the bonds and friendships that I have formed by working with our patients for so many years. It has been very rewarding as we have strived to thoroughly educate our patients and to have them demonstrate their gratitude by committing to ideal dental health. I love working with a team that promotes a lifetime of health and well-being. My husband, Tom, and I have four grown children, Jennifer, Katie, Matthew, and Lindsey, who live in various parts of the country. Backpacking the Grand Canyon rim to rim last fall with my family was a highlight of outdoor activity for me. Following the kids’ competitive swimming careers for 26 consecutive years has also taken us all over the country and parts of the world.
Jodi
I have been working as a dental hygienist for Souris Valley Dental Group since 1994. The people that I work with are a huge part of my day, and we are like a big, happy family! Providing my patients with quality care and forming lifelong bonds with many of them have been the highlights of my dental career. We are all committed to providing quality, comprehensive dental care in a compassionate and caring environment. My husband, Mike, and I follow our two children’s sports and activities in our free time. We also enjoy going to the lake in the summer and doing projects around the house.
Angie
I enjoy getting to know my patients and helping them improve the quality of their lives by providing excellent dental hygiene care. Our doctors, along with the rest of our team, are committed to giving our patients the best care possible. I am married to my husband, Corwin, and we have two sons, Cayde and Colby, and a daughter named Alyssa. I spend most of my time running after my kids and their activities. All three play hockey during the winter and baseball in the summer, so we do a lot of running around the state. I also enjoy relaxing with a good book and spending time with friends and family.

Lindsay
I assist Dr Hildahl during our patients’ dental procedures, as well as take radiographs and order any supplies we need around the office. Watching people leave here with a great new smile and knowing that I played a part in that is the best part of working here. I also enjoy meeting new people and learning about all kinds of new technology. I am very excited to be expecting my first child in August. When I have free time I enjoy going to the lake, traveling, and spending time with my family and friends.
Becky
I have been working at Souris Valley Dental Group since 1983. I assist our doctors chairside with all aspects of patient care and help out around the office wherever I’m needed. I love working here and helping our patients achieve excellent dental health. We have a comfortable and pleasant working environment for both our patients and our team to enjoy, and doctors who truly care about their patients and their staff. My husband, Donny, and I have two children, Ben and Sam, and a dog named Rekka. In my free time I enjoy going to the lake and watching my sons’ cross-country, swimming, hockey, and baseball activities.
April
I have been a dental assistant since 2003 and have spent my entire career with the awesome doctors and staff at Souris Valley Dental Group. I love getting to know new people, interacting with our patients, and learning all about the new technology that we can offer them. I learn something new every day! Our doctors really care about their patients and they have such a high quality of work and standards. My significant other, Wyatt, and I have a little dog named Buttons. When I’m not in the office I enjoy playing golf and basketball, horseback riding, hunting, camping, and anything outdoors.
Carmen
As one of our office’s dental assistants, I seat our patients for their appointments and make sure they’re as comfortable as possible, oversee sterilization, and work in the lab. My favorite part of working at Souris Valley Dental Group is by far the wonderful people I am surrounded by every day. Our patients are so interesting to get to know, our staff is like a family, and our doctors truly care about their patients’ well-being. I have two children, Carissa and Jacob, and two grandchildren, Coy and Kyah. I enjoy spending time with my family, reading, and riding my bike.
Cassie
I assist our doctors by helping out during procedures, making our patients feel as comfortable as possible, and helping the rest of my team members whenever I am needed. The field of dentistry is so interesting because of all the changing technology and I really enjoy learning all about the new ways we can improve our patients’ health. Our entire team is motivated to provide superior care to each and every one of our patients. My husband’s name is Brooks and we have twins named Tate and Hattie. I spend as much time as possible with my children and family, but I also enjoy traveling, shopping, and baking.
